We have a number of contracts with major utility and transportation clients and we are currently seeking a Senior Compulsory Purchase Surveyor to support the delivery of major projects under compulsory purchase be they under Transport and Works Act, Planning Act 2008 or other statutory routes. Whether you are a Chartered Surveyor or similar discipline working at a senior level, you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience and expertise working on infrastructure connection projects together with the necessary interpersonal skills to effectively manage a project team of surveyors and land referencers. An existing background in the water or energy supply industries would be advantageous, but essential is your ability to take a commercial view on everything you do. IT Manager / Developer Excellent base salary & benefits This is a multi-functioning role for an experienced IT professional to lead the development of the company's web-based marketing and account management systems as well as the management of the wider company IT systems and hardware. You will have a creative vision that will allow the company to design an industry leading web based system to enable customers to effectively register meter readings, online billing etc. This will be the backbone to the company and will offer an excellent competitive advantage.
