ALLIANCES 2018 19 C2V+ is a strategic partner- ship between two innovative engineering and infrastruc- ture firms specialising in the water industry – CH2M and VolkerStevin. C2V+ was formed in response to the need for fully integrated, end-to-end, infrastructure solutions based on excellence in design. They recognised there was a need for a partnership that was able to both identify need and optimise delivery. Supporting major utility companies and other private sector clients, it helps develop and improve their assets to ensure that customers across the UK receive good quality water, sanitation and drainage facilities. The team has been assembled to provide a full range of services throughout the UK including, strategic planning, programme management, design and construction, BIM, process engineering, commissioning and customer engagement. C2V+ now has a series of early projects completed and an "exciting wave of new projects starting". These will be its flagship projects as the industry enters the fourth year of AMP6. These include Anchorsholme Park (£34M) and Morecambe Wastewater Treatment Works (£52M). The organisation says a key strength of its partner- ship is the people and 'plus' partners, who continue to challenge each other on a daily basis to drive innova- tion and further develop collaborative working. Its health and safety 12-month results are exemplary with no RIDDOR's and no Lost Time Accidents – a very impressive effort with more than one million hours worked to date. C2V+ is looking to build on the success of its AMP6 portfolio as it moves towards AMP7.
