GAS Ombudsman Services has reported a 128 per cent increase in energy complaints in 2014/15, rising to 61,019 from 26,760 the previous year. It said in its annual energy report that the rise "follows a turbulent year for the energy industry, with mount- ing consumer dissatisfaction, market investigations and Ofgem imposed sanctions".
