More information: www.utilityweeklive.co.uk Reader of the week Nicola Eaton Sawford, managing director, Customer Whisperers "The point in a project where the result gets delivered is by far and away the best bit" What was your first job? A waitress in a popular riverside American restaurant when I was 15. What are the best and worst parts of your job? The point in a project where the result gets delivered is by far and away the best bit. My favourite moment of all the time was watching a grey suited, silver haired utility board director skipping down the corridor waving a piece of paper (that contained his Ofgem customer satisfaction results). I'd met the team at that organisation just 12 months before, bottom of the league table, deflated and seriously lacking in self-belief. The worst part of my job is anything to do with accounts. What's your dream job and why? If I could just indulge my passion and not worry about whether I was any good at it, I'd love to own a contemporary art gallery. What's your most treasured possession? I'm not very materialistic but I am quite sentimental, so my most treasured possession is my grandmother's art deco shell- shaped spoon. In the Hollywood film of your life, who would play you? I'm going to go with Angelina Jolie, not for looks or physique but for my feelings towards adoption. I have one son and one adopted daughter and I oen speak on the topic. What album is currently in your car CD player? If you're asking what is on my playlist, Ed Sheeran has a few entries but my current favourite is All About that Bass by Meghan Trainor. What quote or saying do you most overuse? "Absolutely." What's your favourite joke? Well, my eight-year-old son's favourite joke is "Mummy is so ugly Bob the Builder says 'I can't fix that'." Charming.
