I started off as a barista in a coffee shop. What are the best and worst parts of your job? The variety of the problems I am called upon to solve and the people I get to meet have to be the best two parts of what I do. Being a consultant, I am constantly around clients helping them to solve new problems that won't just help their business today, but also proof it for the future. With this breadth of challenge comes the opportunity to meet and work with different people, from different backgrounds that bring different expertise and experiences to the table. On the other hand, the chal- lenge of being a good consult- ant is being able to adapt your skills and energy quickly, according to the project you are assigned to, and making sure nothing slips through the net. What's your dream job and why? I am fascinated by the idea of shaping the customer experience of any large retailer from scratch. What's your most treasured possession? Has to be my bike. Best way to get round London. In the Hollywood film of your life, who would play you? I'll go with Rosamund Pike. What album is currently in your car CD player? I am a radio person. It keeps you connected to the rest of the world when you are in your car for hours. What's your favourite TV programme? The West Wing. What quote or saying do you most overuse? "I think we need to talk about this." If you ruled the world, what would you do first? Flights would be free for every- one. What's your favourite joke? How do you turn a duck into a pop star? Put it in the oven until its Bill Withers.
