our 126m wind turbines are
being erected on a brownfield
site in Avonmouth this month by
T
riodos Renewables, following a deal
with Wessex Water's renewable energy
company GENeco.
The turbines will generate a total
capacity of 8.2MW, meeting the average annual electricity needs of 4,890
homes.
Once commissioned, the power
generated by the four turbines will
be sold to National Grid in accordance with a long-term Power Purchase
