It's a pleasure to be able to shine a light on the excellence, innovation and hard work that goes on in the water industry on a daily basis, and to offer some reward and recognition to those who so richly deserve it. The awards are now in their twelfth year, and are fi rmly established in the calendar as the only ones dedicated exclusively to this fantastic and important industry. Yet again, we received a huge number of entries this year. Thank you to everybody who entered for your involvement. A genuine thank you also goes to each of our sponsors for their continued support. A special thanks also to our judges, who really did have a diffi cult job of selecting the fi nalists and winners from a large number of outstanding entries. Read on to fi nd out who took home the spoils as we celebrate the achievements of the water industry's leading operators, innovators, engineers, environmentalists and problem solvers.
