The joint venture is one of United Utilities construction delivery partners for AMP6 following what the water company's managing director, Steven Fraser, describes as a "lengthy, robust and rigorous integrated relationship with small and medium enterprise organisations as Tier 2 suppliers. Many of these are regional-based suppliers. It is all based upon the principle of allocating work to the best organisation and the best person for that job, which allows SWW to pick the "best of the best" in selection process". As one of the four Construction Delivery Partners for United Utilities, LiMA will deliver projects on the water and wastewater infrastructure and non- infrastructure, including the design and build of major construction projects. The total value of the contract is dependent on the terms of delivering its projects.
