Trainee chartered accountant with KPMG in Edinburgh. What are the best and worst parts of your job? Best: winning amazing awards such as Utility Week Utility of the Year and being the only water company on the Ethis- phere list. Worst: not winning – I'm very competitive. What's your dream job? Anything at Disney. I'm fascinated with its marketing campaigns and its amazing customer service (and I love Disneyworld). What's your most treasured possession? A scrappy string bracelet that a monk blessed for me when I was on holiday in Thailand and pregnant with my little girl. Where did you last go on holiday? My last proper break was Majorca, but more recently I've had a wonderful stay at Northumbrian Water's newly refurbished lodges at Kielder. It's a beautiful place, made all the nicer by the hot tubs. In the Hollywood film of your life, who would play you? Someone gorgeous, glamorous and funny like Mila Kunis – I would use the opportunity to abuse artistic licence. Reveal something about your- self not many people know. I've danced on the stage with Elton John in Vegas. What album is currently in your car CD player? I'm listening to a bizarre playlist of songs on my iPod from One Direction and the film Frozen. Down to my kids, honest. What's your favourite film and TV programme? Film: The Deer Hunter. TV: guilty pleasure US drama The Good Wife. What quote or saying do you most overuse? "Awesome" – thanks Lego movie. If you ruled the world, what would you do first? I'm sure it's been said here before, but access to clean water and sanitation for everyone must be top of my priority list. What's your favourite joke? Why was the sand cross? Because the seaweed.
