New theatres, new content, new opportunities With a brand new keynote stage, an extended and improved, CPD-accredited seminar programme and dedicated theatres for water, energy and energy recovery, this year's Sustainability Live has been designed to deliver what visitors want and need to run their businesses better and more sustainably. And, of course, there will be more than 250 exhibitors on hand to showcase their products and services and share their expertise with all visitors to the NEC on April 1-3. New to the show this year, the keynote stage will offer a mix of expert speakers debating the latest sustainability policy and practices affecting business. With content for the energy and water management, energy recovery and water and wastewater treatment markets, panellists and expert speakers include business leaders, Ministers, regulators and sustainability practitioners. Highlights include 'What will it take to keep the lights on?' and 'Fields of gold? Fracking in the UK', both chaired by Utility Week editor Ellen Bennett, 'Greening the Manifestos – what must the parties pledge to deliver a sustainable UK?' and 'Sweet Dreams: The Story of Green & Black's' (interview on next page). For the water sector there are sessions reviewing the 25 years since the privatisation of the water industry and what retail competition means for the water sector, And, SB's own Resource Revolution Campaign will take to the stage on day three of the show with 'Resource Revolution: Turning resource efficiency into competitive gain'. Examining the latest circular economy thinking and dhaired by head of resource stewardship at the Green Alliance Dustin Benton, the session will be based on SB and edie's ongoing campaign and exclusive research papers. Panellists comprise, EEF (The Manufacturers' Organisation) senior climate and environment policy advisor Susanne Baker; WRAP chief executive Dr Liz Goodwin; Seymourpowell head of sustainability Chris Sherwin and Kingfisher Group head of innovation James Walker. And don't forget to visit the SB and edie stand (J24) to get exclusive access to our latest research paper - the Energy Management Report 2014 – which will be launched at the show. Registration and attendance is completely free and details of all the sessions and a full exhibitor list can be found here. Sustainability Live 2014
