I had no experience so it was an opportunity to learn. What are the best and worst parts of your job? The best is training young engineers at our Urban Drainage Academy. The worst is the occasional early morning start to get to a meeting at the far end of the country. What's your dream job and why? It would be hard to beat the one I've got. I work with motivated people on problems that our clients need solving. Reveal something about yourself not many people know. I once appeared in pantomime in front of royalty.
