Correction: In the March 2019 issue of Network, the feature "Mapping out the future" incorrectly stated that the Optimise Prime trial has been led by SSEN. The project is being led by Hitachi Vantara and UK Power Networks, and supported by SSEN, Hitachi Europe and Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions. The feature also incorrectly suggested that all distribution network operators (DNOs) had joined SSEN in a "fl exibility fi rst" commitment. This work was initially led by UK Power Networks through its Flexibility Roadmap, with all other DNOs agreeing to the fl exibility fi rst commitment in December 2018. We apologise for the inaccuracies in this feature. DECARBONISATION OF HEAT DECARBONISATION OF TRANSPORT DECENTRALISATION DIGITALISATION FUTURE OF FLEXIBILITY LOCALISED ENERGY PAYING FOR THE NETWORKS TRANSITION TO DSO Network is shining a light on the network of the future.
