One Piece Water and Chemical Storage Tanks Precolor's range of one-piece tanks is extensive, starting at just 45L right up to a massive 97,500L. Our storage tanks are light in weight, easily han- dled, resistant to corrosion and attack from bacte- ria which may normally be expected in cold water systems. GRP is easily cut and drilled with ordinary plumbers' tools. One-piece storage tanks can incor- porate up to Category 5 Airgaps and raised oat valve chambers to increase the working capacity available. All storage tanks can be manufactured in standard grey colour or to any speci c RAL colour to meet customers' requirements. 'HCFC' Free insu- lation foam can be incorporated during manufac- ture thereby helping to reduce any excessive tem- perature uctuations which increase the risk of bacteria growth. To restrict microbiological growth the temperature in the water tank should be kept as low as possible, ideally below 20 °C. Precolor also manufacture a standard range of specialist tanks for storing a wide range of chemicals. All Precolor tanks are manufactured in the UK. A fully WRAS Approved tank on one side with an integrated pump/plant room on the other. The plant room comes complete with an encapsulated plywood backing board, lockable door handles, louvred vents and stays for the double or singe doors that are available. An additional centre plate can be added in the tank to create dual compart- ments for ease of annual maintenance. The Plant tanks are suitable for internal or exter- nal applications extra 'CFC & 'HCFC' free insulation foam can be added for further protection. We can also incorporate a heavy duty base to facilitate the support of heavy equipment. The tanks can be t- ted with a sparge pipe to ensure maximum rota- tion of water to avoid stagnation.
