A crack team of 20 hackers will be tackling one of the key challenges facing u li es today: how to iden fy and support customers in vulnerable circumstances. They will be working with special advisers from across the industry to inves gate how the imagina ve use of exis ng and new datasets, plus the crea ve development of interfaces, can encourage vulnerable customers to iden fy themselves, and ensure they only have to do so once. They will also examine ways in which u li es can engage and help "just about managing" customers – catching them before they fall into spiralling debt. Sponsored by Microso and Huntswood, the event will be open to all show visitors who want to see the hackathon in ac on. Our hackers could come up with any number of solu ons that could revolu on- ise how u li es engage with vulnerable customers – but only one will win.
