Degrilleur is a bar screen which, when positioned ahead of the system's inlet, prevents debris from entering and pushes it to the top of the chamber where it is stored in a collection chamber until it can be cleared and disposed of appropriately via the unit's manhole cover. What it does: The simple mechanical p rocess involves no moving parts so the Marsh Degrilleur units are maintenance-free and off er reliable operation. Degrilleur units are suited for domestic, commercial and industrial applications. The unit can also function as a fl ow- splitting chamber for multi-stream applications or an upstream trash screen in storm water attenuation schemes.
