But the slow start to AMP6 meant the company has experienced "some project slippage". It ended 2015 showing an operating loss of £557,000 on a turnover of £8.08M. The company's strategy in developing relationships with clients and other service providers paid dividends as it secured a number of major projects in the latter part of 2015 and in early 2016. These include being appointed project lead on SES Water's Woodmansterne upgrade project. More recently, Doosan Enpure, in partnership with North Midland Construction, has won a key role on Severn Trent Water's Birmingham Resilience Project. The DNM Alliance, as part of the £100M treated water contract, will perform the design and construction of a new water treatment plant at Frankley. Another notable win for Doosan Enpure in the past year, this time in joint venture with Interserve, has been the £45M project to upgrade Horsley water treatment works in the Tyne Valley on behalf of Northumbrian Water.
