Water Reclamation and Reuse Conference The International Water Association (IWA) has created a programme dedicated to global issues surrounding water reuse. Keynote speakers will include Takashi Asano, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus at University of California, Davis; Akissa Bahri, Ph.D., Professor at National Agricultural Institute, Tunisia; Jörg Drewes, Dr.-Ing., Chair Professor of Urban Water Systems Engineering at Technical University of Munich, Germany; and Jeff Kightlinger, general manager, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
