Finalist: Kingspan Environmental worked on a nine-month study with Dublin City University and Dublin City Council the results of which could revolutionise € ood defence planning and provide vital early alerts about a potential € ood incident for local communities. Finalist: London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, Robert Bray Associates and McCloy Consulting. The creation of an 'urban oasis" in the heart of White City provided the perfect opportunity to demonstrate how SuDS can be delivered as part of integrated urban design of the highway/public realm. Winner Northumbrian Water Group For developing the SuDS for Schools & Communities initiative, a proactive community- based approach to the management of surface water. The scheme comprises an engagement strategy, education programme, and installation of sustainable drainage features to demonstrate their use within the domestic and community environment.
