It also reported some of its frameworks and term contracts had been renewed or extended. Trant Engineering, through its TSE division, was placed on the Environment Agency's approved National Pump and Panel Framework list. The agreement means the Southampton-based company can tender in connection with the replacement of a range of pumps and motor control centres (MCCs) at pumping stations across the country. Such is the commitment to the environment, a number of pumps will need to be fish and eel friendly in order to meet new EU regulative standards. Water company clients include, Portsmouth Water, Wessex Water, United Utilities and Southern Water. The company's work with United Utilities is for industrial process and production. The three-year contract has an option to extend by a further two years. A range of services are covered in the framework contract, which is valued at up to £50m across three D&B Suppliers, of which Trant Engineering is one. They include: • Provision of specialist OT front-end design services for projects to meet the various business requirements for end-to-end operational data • Investigation of suitable technology and developing solution feasibility studies. • Defining solutions with user requirements, construction scope, interfaces, constraints estimates and project management services • Turnkey delivery of the implementation phase.
