TECHKNOW
• SRP 'Packaged Plant' units were designed and manufactured to
provide a flexible wastewater screening solution
• The SRP unit featured a main inlet tank housing an FSM Franken-
berger 6mm perforated band screen, spray bar and self-adjusting brush
head
• Each exit channel fed the individual SRP units via dedicated pipework
NEED TO KNOW
1
Minimal disruption to site refurbishment programme by collaborative
approach
2
Zero discharge throughout hire period
3
No diesel consumption required to power the hire equipment
4
Portbury STW wastewater screening effectiveness was unaffected by
refurbishment programme
THE VERDICT
"The reliability of the units also could not be faulted and callouts over
the recent two-month period have been zero. I would certainly
recommend the use of the SRP units without hesitation on any future
schemes"
