MARCH 2016 WET NEWS 3 T ideway and its delivery partners are o ering paid-for internships to encourage professionals who have taken a voluntary career break back into the workforce. A number of roles will be created with the internships across Tideway and its delivery partners, and the successful candidates will start a 12-week full-time programme on April 19 with additional roles in September. Tideway chief executive o• cer Andy Mitchell has already expressed his commitment to creating a more diverse workforce and sees the returnship programme as an obvious way to attract experienced and talented individuals. He said: "It is widely recognised that one of the D rainsAid, the specialist drainage and sewer rehabilitation division of Peter Du y, has partnered with Amey to provide re-lining services to Yorkshire Water. Amey was recently awarded the contract to deliver wastewater services across the whole of Yorkshire Water's region, and DrainsAid will working with Amey on a variety of projects.
