The judges praised UKPN for making improve- ments right across the business, delivering better ser- vice for customers than ever before, with a relentless focus on innovation. Its response to the Holborn fire in central London was outstanding, with staff completing in days repairs that would normally take a year. UKPN also walked away with awards for Customer Care, Smart Utilities and Marketing (see right).
