Eon has decided to close its Killing-
holme gas-fired power station aer
a review triggered by National Grid's
confirmation that the site will not be
included in its supplemental balanc-
ing reserve service.
In March, Eon said it would stop
"normal" generation at the site by
releasing Killingholme's 900MW of
transmission entry capacity.
