The role, repor ting to the Engineering Director, involves the control and management of an annual £5.4m operational budget with a team of around 80 people. This is a key senior management role ensuring that we continue to deliver excellence for our customers and therefore it goes without saying that a proven track record in operational management along with the ability to motivate and drive forward change is a pre requisite for any applicant. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate a track record of building trusted relationships both at Operational and Director level along with delivering a pro-active approach to Health and Safety which will build on our recent RoSPA's Presidents Award.
