offenders. The Skill Mill has been involved with 200-plus young people and has a
cohort of ten individuals in full time employment and two full-time supervisors.

✰Finalist: Kier's Making Ground initiative focuses on
rehabilitating prisoners who re-enter society at the end of their
custodial sentence through a blend of coaching, training and
work experience.
✰Finalist: Morrison Utility Services and its school safety
programme, a highly-effective communication and engagement
bridge between communities and Morrison's operational teams.
✰Finalist: Severn Trent Water for its Low Energy
Neighbourhood Project, which seeks to help reduce fuel poverty
through advice and support within three wards of Derby.
