ISO 17025 accredited laboratory global leaders in gas measurement Binary and multi-component calibration gases for stack emission measurements EffecTech® is accredited by UKAS to prepare and calibrate binary and multi-component emission gases according to ISO 17025. Bilateral proficiency testing schemes In addition to this, EffecTech can provide bilateral proficiency testing schemes where 'blind' gas mixture(s) are delivered to a customer's location. After measurement and reporting of results, a short report is issued and then an ISO 17025 certificate is issued for the gas mixture(s). This mixture can then be used for quality compliance and providing traceability to working standards. Standard delivery for emission gas mixtures is 2 – 4 weeks delivered to the UK or ex works Worldwide. Binary and mutli-component options are available. These gases can be provided in a range of cylinder sizes and valve connections depending on local requirements. No cylinder rental charge Your cylinder is purchased outright initially with the first mixture and refilled by us when required at a lower cost. Cylinder pressure tests are included and we will arrange this service at no extra cost. w: www.eectech.co.uk/calibrationgases For more information regarding calibration gases visit our website carbon monoxide in nitrogen or synthetic air 10 ppm to 1000 ppm 1.5 % to 0.6 % relative carbon dioxide in nitrogen or synthetic air 0.1 % to 15 % 0.9 % to 0.3 % relative oxygen in nitrogen 0.5 % to 25 % 2.1 % to 0.4 % relative nitric oxide in nitrogen 10 ppm to 600 ppm 1.1 % to 0.5 % relative nitrogen dioxide in synthetic air 5 ppm to 500 ppm 4 % relative sulphur dioxide in nitrogen or synthetic air 5 ppm to 1000 ppm 3.0 % to 1.0 % relative methane in nitrogen 0.1 % to 5 % 0.7 % to 0.3 % relative methane in synthetic air 0.1 % to 2.5 % 0.7 % to 0.3 % relative Component Amount fraction (mol/mol) Calibration and Measurement Capability (CMC) Expressed as an Expanded Uncertainty (k = 2)
