GAry mcArtHur Joins cH2m Hill As cHieF FinAnciAl oFFicer cH2m Hill has appointed Gary l mcArthur as executive vice president and chief financial officer. mcArthur joins cH2m Hill from communications and information technology company, Harris corporation, where he served as chief financial officer from 2006. He has more than 15 years of international expertise in the water environment, and energy sectors.
