GMT Europe GMT Europe will be exhibiting its Mobile Order Management app for the waste management and recycling industry at RWM 2014. The firm says that its app can be integrated with is CLEAR application. In a statement, GMT said: "With this the complete administrative handling of the customers of commercial waste removal becomes fully automatic, from ordering to billing." Drivers are continuously connected with the planners via the app and activities can be co-ordinated in real time, claims GMT. Orders can be displayed on the iPad in the cabin and digitally processed by the driver. GMT claims that the app is easy to use and customers have the ability to sign their orders immediately on the tablet. Showcasing at this year's show will be a Scarab Mathieu Azura, the first of its kind for the Gulliver's fleet. These compact sweepers are one of the most powerful compact road and urban precinct sweepers available which incorporate the latest in innovation and technology. Features include, four wheel steering for greater manoeuvrability, two versatile variable position brushes, hydrostatic rear wheel drive and a 3.0 litre turbo charged diesel engine with high-pressure direct injection, aiding in the reduction of exhaust emissions. The Gulliver's stand at RWM this year will include a golf simulator. The company will be showcasing samples of its 100% recycled refuse sack – the Green Sack. The Green Sack is made using waste farm polythene, such as used bale wrap and horticultural film. BPI RP's range of 100% recycled Plaswood outdoor furniture and landscaping solutions, including decking and planters, will also be on display.
