The Western Power Distribution Group includes Western Power Distribution (East Midlands) plc,
Western Power Distribution (West Midlands) plc, Western Power Distribution (South Wales) plc
and Western Power Distribution (South West) plc, serving a total of 7.8 million customers across
the Midlands, South West and Wales. It is the largest distribution network operator in the UK. The
company owns, operates and maintains the electricity distribution network in these regions and is
