in 2012, Coco secured a permanent
position at Royal Haskoning DHV
where she now contributes to EIA,
audits, strategic studies, surveys and
research across key projects.
Her work has taken her to Norway,
Russia, Albania and most recently
Greece as part of her "exemplary"
work on the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline
project.
Her multi-skilled – and multilingual - approach to her work led to
her being nominated for this year's
award.

Hanna Hayward, BAM Construct UK
Joining the company as a graduate, Hanna
was promoted within a year to regional
sustainability advisor for the London
region for BAM Construct. This means
she is responsible for managing the ISO
14001 EMS for all construction projects in
the region.
As well as her core responsibilities Hanna
has also engaged with the supply chain,
running workshops for regional suppliers,
setting up take back schemes with them and
completing BREEAM training to help her
advise on projects more effectively.
Lee Collier, Linklaters
Lee's role as Linklaters' energy and
environment advisor is diverse and can
see him "peering into a skip to ensure
adherence to waste legislation on one day
to going in search of 3G signals for our
energy monitoring on another". One of
Lee's key achievements has been to create a
bespoke dashboard for the firm's energy sub
metering from scratch, which, according to
his manager has been " a roaring success".
