We are recruiting the following qualified engineering personnel: MAJOR PROJECT MANAGERS/ENGINEERS (READING / BERKSHIRE) Project management of electrical installation and construction projects. This includes client liaison, preparation of programme management, risk assessments, method statements, CDM plans, and financial, commercial, safety and quality responsibility. Conversion courses for engineers with a non-electrical bias are available. CONSTRUCTION SITE ENGINEER (READING / BERKSHIRE) Overall responsibility for the day to day operation of CDM sites, involving electrical and civil construction. COMMISSIONING ENGINEERS (READING / BERKSHIRE) Testing and commissioning HV and LV electrical power systems (DNO/TNO/IDNO) in line with appropriate protocol, safety rules and procedures. SENIOR AUTHORISED PERSONS (UP TO 33kV) (READING / BERKSHIRE) Managing operations in accordance with safety rules and approved procedures. Includes issuing appropriate safety documentation and undertaking switching to conform with the appropriate company or client operational safety rules. MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR (SHEFFIELD / BARNSLEY) Converting enquiries into completed tenders and quotations, and working to close and secure orders. A track r ecord in dealing with different sized projects and a record of success in winning business. Commercially astute and experience in contracting is favourable.
