Our expert panel of judges was tasked with picking shortlists from a bumper crop of entries this year, with strong competition across the categories. In recognition of utilities' dedication to help custom- ers struggling with their bills, this year's awards includes a new cost of living category. This recognises the contri- bution of utilities that have gone above and beyond their statutory duties to prevent or mitigate hardship for cus- tomers in the current cost of living crisis.
