T he themes explored at Utility Week Live will be underpinned by the principle that unlocking collaborative innova- tion is the key to solving the many pressing challenges facing utilities today – from the overarching need to lead the transition to net zero to the granular, on-the-ground chal- lenges of tackling operational efficiency, cre- ating flexible and smart infrastructure that is fit for the future, and delivering best-in- class customer service.
