mental stewardship and commitment to decarbonisation
shining through in entries across the board – not only in
our dedicated Net Zero category."
These shortlists are the result of agonising delibera-
tion from our panel of expert judges.
One of them, CCW chair Robert Light, said: "This year
we had some great entries showcasing real innovation in
customer service. Many of the entries focused on how to
support vulnerable customers in new ways in these chal-
lenging times. I was very pleased to see many companies
giving such a high priority to improving the customer
experience and I looking forward to seeing this continue
in the years to come."
