The eMax boiler energy management system from Codel International provides accurate
real-time analysis of process boiler operation and the cost of steam - a major concern for
manufacturing industries in the face of rising fuel costs.
Collecting data from separate sensors which monitor all key boiler parameters, the analysis
is available to operators via a password-protected internet connection. This allows operators to identify and minimise energy waste remotely as well as on site.
The system will also email monthly reports on performance, efficiency, energy use and
losses, steam production and cost of steam.

Four Seasons Group
Four Seasons Group (FSG) will launch its new, remote-access, control technology Enrg-Act at Nemex next month. And, says the company, it can save up to
40% on business' energy consumption.
Visitors will be able to view a live feed from one of FSG's retail clients, demonstrating the impact of the technology, which is currently saving up to £1m a
year in energy costs across its 150 units.
FSG's mobile app will also be available for download and the team will be on
hand to help visitors set up bespoke energy saving plans for their business.
