Tony Juniper is speaking again this year
and he's brilliant."
And, with so much to see, Bushell has
a word of advice for all visitors: "There
are hundreds of speakers and exhibitors
to see across the three shows (Nemex,
Iwex and EfW Expo) so I would urge all
visitors to look at the programme before
they visit the show to work out the best
possible use of their time."
Full exhibitor listings and schedules for
all the seminar theatres are available here.
And, new to the portfolio this year is
a new targeted show – EfW Expo, dedicated to energy-from-waste – a launch
Bushell describes as 'very exciting'.
"We did a lot of research following the
2011 show to see how we could develop
the event and what our visitors wanted
to see," she says.
"More than 3,000 of them indicated
energy from waste was a particular interest area – and we have to listen to the buyers! So we put together a steering group
to help put the show together, did a huge
amount of research and, of course, pro-
motion, and this year's launch is a culmination of all that work."
SB and sister site edie.net will be there
supporting Sustainabilitylive and exhibiting on stand N20 where, among other
things, visitors can join the Resource
Revolution as well as grabbing a coffee
and a rest from the aisles.
But if that still isn't enough to tempt
you, the following pages outline some of
the new initiatives, products and launches you'll see on stand at Nemex 2013. See
you there!
