Recognising excellence across the industry, a total of 16 awards were handed out to individuals and organisations, who demonstrated excellence and achieved outstanding performance in the past year. The coveted Utility of the Year Award was awarded to Octopus Energy (pictured above). This year's theme was Jazz and the host for the evening was the actor James Nesbitt, star of many TV and film dramas from Cold Feet to The Hobbit.
