18 | 1ST - 7TH NOVEMBER 2019 | UTILITY WEEK High viz Head Above Water, the 9-metre-high sculpture produced by designer and artist Steuart Padwick for London Design Week last year (main picture) has been repurposed and given a permanent location at Tideway's Northfleet Trans-shipment Centre. The original sculpture stood on Gabriel's Wharf on the River Thames looking out at St Paul's Cathedral and the City of London. It was intended to stand out "as a symbol of hope, bravery, compassion and positivity" in support of Time to Change's campaign to remove the stigma of mental illness. Time to Change is an ongoing men- tal health campaign run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.
