Energy UK, in collaboration with the international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, is
offering a series of free webinars to provide advice on the regulatory and legal aspects
that UK-based businesses need to consider as part of their no-deal preparations.
The series of webinars will focus on key areas for businesses to consider as part of
preparations for the potential scenario where the UK leaves the EU without a deal on
31 October 2019. These range from energy trading and carbon pricing to importing
and exporting.

Wednesday 23 October, 11am – 12 noon
Considerations for businesses in relation to energy regulatory issues
Thursday 24 October, 10.30am – 11.30am
Considerations for business in relation to importing and exporting goods
Tuesday 29 October, 1.30 – 2.30pm
Feedback and wrap up of previous topics and any other issues
There will also be an online Forum available for those registering for webinars to
post additional questions which will be answered by legal experts.
