ALLIANCES 2020 3 Making connections Welcome to Alliances 2020 – our guide to the collaborations in the water industry by the leading civil and process engineering contractors, as well as some of the water companies themselves. For this year's edition, we've limited cov- erage to those alliances and joint ventures that have already been con• rmed beyond 2020. Some, such as Anglian Water's, have secured renewals into AMP7, while others have been newly formed for the upcoming regulatory period. With many water companies yet to an- nounce full details of their plans for the 2020-25 period – and Scottish Water having time to run before SR21 kicks o„ – there could well be some new names to feature by the time next year's edition of Alliances is published. We hope you • nd the information in this edition useful, and don't forget to keep track of developments over the coming months on wwtonline.co.uk.
