ANGLIAN WATER – NEAR REAL TIME MODELLING
Seeking to reduce the number of flooding and pollution incidents, Anglian Water
has combined its understanding of the sewerage network's response to rainfall with
advances in modelling capabilities and the increased availability of near real-time data
to create predictive operational hydraulic models. The system is expected to drive a
significant reduction in impacts such as internal and external flooding and pollution
incidents as well as costs.
