12 | 12TH - 18TH APRIL 2019 | UTILITY WEEK High viz Water company United Utilities lit up green two huge gas holders next to the M60 motorway in Manchester every night from 18 to 22 March to support the city's Big Clean Switch campaign. The gas holders at the Davyhulme Wastewater Treatment Works were among the more unusual of several iconic city land- marks that took part in the campaign to get more householders and businesses switched on to buying green gas and electricity. Manchester Cathedral, Manchester City's Etihad Stadium and several town halls were also lit up to publicise special deals on gas and electricity prices negotiated exclusively for people in Manchester.
