The innovative development, which is being undertaken in partner- ship with Keyland Developments, the property trading arm of the water company's parent Kelda Group, will comprise 150 homes and a 100,000m 2 industrial area. Heat, power and water generated by the sewage works will supply the households and busi- nesses, to maximise sustainability.
