Brownrigg + Crown; the Williams
Group, known for Formula 1; and
Eckersley O'Callaghan engineers – are
confident the visionary design pro-
posal will one day come to fruition.
The Wind Turbine will transform
New York's Park Avenue medians
(between 46th and 57th Streets), the
"centerlines" characterised by plant-
ings and sculpture installations.
